afraid.

disasters
were
beyond
my
control,
and
all
I
could
do
was
watch
as
they
ravaged
my
surroundings. When
I
woke
up,
I
felt
relieved
that
it
was
just
a
dream.
However,
the
feeling
of
vulnerability
that
lingered
with
me
made
me
reflect
on
the
unpredictable
nature
of
life
and
the
power
of
natural
disasters.
As
Americans,
we
are
not
immune
to
the
risks
that

with
living
on

planet.
It
is
important
to
be
