"BFF:
The
Story
of
My
Lifelong
Ally"
When
I
look
back
on
my
life,
there
is
one
consistent
presence
that
has
stood
by
my
side
through
thick
and
thin:
my
best
friend
forever,
or
BFF.
We've
been
through
auditions,
breakups,
job
interviews,
happy
hours,
and
everything
in
between.
She
is
the
peanut
butter
to
my
jelly,
the
Thelma
to
my
Louise,
the
yin
to
my
yang.
It
all
started
in
middle
school
when
we
were
randomly
assigned
locker
buddies.
We
hit
it
off
immediately
and
soon
became
inseparable.
We
would
sit
together
at
lunch,
make
up
goofy
handshakes,
and
talk
for
hours
on
the
phone
after
school.
We
even
wore
matching
outfits
to
school
on
special
occasions
(cringe-worthy,
I
know).
In
high
school,
we
faced
new
challenges,
but
we
faced
them
together.
We
joined
the
same
extracurricular
activities,
survived
the
SATs,
and
cried
over
our
first
heartbreaks.
We
were
each
other's
confidants,
therapists,
and
cheerleaders.
We
always
made
time
for
each
other,
even
with
our
busy
schedules.
When
college
came
around
and
we
went
our
separate
ways,
we
didn't
let
the
distance
come
between
us.
We
texted,
Facetimed,
and
visited
each
other
as
often
as
possible.
We
may
have
taken
different
paths,
but
we
still

the
same
values,
dreams,
and
love
for
each
other.
Now,
as
we
face
adulthood,
our
friendship
has
matured,
but
the
bond
is
stronger
than
ever.
We
still
call
each
other
to
vent
about
work
frustrations,
go
on
weekend
trips,
and
celebrate
each
other's
accomplishments.
We've
even
started
planning
our
future
weddings
(hey,
a
girl
can
dream!).
Sure,
we've
had
our
fair
share
of
disagreements
and
misunderstandings,
but
we
always
forgive
and
forget.
We
know
that
we
may
not
always
see
eye-to-eye,
but
we
will
always
have
each
other's
backs.
In
a
world
where
relationships
come
and
go,
my
BFF
is
the
one
constant.
She
knows
me
better
than
anyone
else
and
loves
me
just
the
way
I
am.
I
can't
imagine
my
life
without
her
and
I
feel
incredibly
grateful
to
have
such
a
wonderful
friend.
